Why is OCCT so awesome?
OCCT is formed of a collective pool of great people. To further enjoy said awesomeness, please fill out an application to become a bus driver or Late Nite monitor.
I left something on the bus! What do I do?
Call our office or drop by our office, 777-6989, UUW 208C, and fill out a lost item report. Please tell us the approximate time, date, and bus route you were on. You should also contact the student manager desk (7-2877) and University Police (7-2393) after reporting the item with us.
How can I be the first to know about changes to service?
Passengers can add themselves to our OCCT Service listserv and recieve emails as soon as changes to our schedule are made. Weather and traffic related delays, as well as holiday service break announcements will be sent through this list. To sign up, please click here.
I want to make a complaint/suggestion.
If you have a complaint or suggestion, please go to the "contact us" section, and fill out the form with your complaint. If you have a complaint, please make sure you indicate the date, approximate time, and bus route of the incident. Please keep in mind that traffic, weather, road closures due to construction or special events, and mechanical difficulties may affect our service schedule. An OCCT coordinator will contact anyone that has a complaint to make sure it is resolved.
I am a OCCT alumni and I miss the blue buses!
Hello OCCT alumnus! We love meeting the people who have made OCCT as wonderful as it is today. Every October, Binghamton University hosts its annual Homecoming event. This is an excellent opportunity for BU alumni to gather, exchange stories, and learn about how their favorite clubs and organizations have changed and grown. Register at http://homecoming.binghamton.edu/ to let us know you're coming!
